T&C Policy 

 

In consideration for all our clients, if you are running late, please phone ahead, we will try to accommodate as best we can. Please understand we only allocate a specific amount of time for each treatment to be carried out. If you are late, your appointment may have to be shortened so as the next clients treatment is not affected. You will be charged for the amount of time and treatment you reserved when booking your appointment.

We suggest for all facial / laser / advanced treatments that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time to fill in your consultation card and relax prior to your treatment.

MEDICAL INFORMATION:

Some of our treatments may not be suitable or may require some adjusting, should you have a medical condition or ailment. Please inform us at the time of booking if any of the following contra-indications apply:

  • Allergies

  • High Blood Pressure

  • Skin Conditions

  • Low Blood Pressure

  • Pregnancy

  • Varicose Veins

  • Heart Conditions

  • Recent Operations

  • Epilepsy

  • Scar Tissue

  • Diabetes

  • Medication

  • Any other medical condition
